Ahi Tuna and Pickled Ginger Bites

Pair with Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc

INGREDIENTS

  • Super Seed Seaweed and Black Sesame Crackers
  • 2 ahi tuna steaks
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • Pickled Ginger
  • Cucumbers

PREPARATION

Cook the Ahi Tuna:

  1. Season tuna with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear tuna for 1-2 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Slice into thin pieces.

Slice Cucumber

Make Spicy Mayo: Mix mayo and sriracha sauce in a bowl.

ASSEMBLE

  1. Top each cracker with a slice of cucumber and picked ginger
  2. Add a slice of ahi tuna on top
  3. Top with spicy mayo and serve with a glass of Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc!
