INGREDIENTS
- Super Seed Seaweed and Black Sesame Crackers
 - 2 ahi tuna steaks
 - Salt and pepper
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1/4 cup mayo
 - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
 - Pickled Ginger
 - Cucumbers
 
PREPARATION
Cook the Ahi Tuna:
- Season tuna with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
 - Sear tuna for 1-2 minutes per side (for medium-rare). Slice into thin pieces.
 
Slice Cucumber
Make Spicy Mayo: Mix mayo and sriracha sauce in a bowl.
ASSEMBLE
- Top each cracker with a slice of cucumber and picked ginger
 - Add a slice of ahi tuna on top
 - Top with spicy mayo and serve with a glass of Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc!
