Sauvignon Blanc Smash
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ chopped fresh pineapple
- .5 oz organic honey syrup*
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- 5 oz Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 oz Club Soda
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing glass (or the base of a cocktail shaker), add pineapple, honey syrup, and mint
- Lightly muddle to release the juices
- Add Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc
- Add ice, and transfer into a highball glass (either stir to combine, or ‘throw’ the cocktail back and forth between your two vessels a couple of times to mix).
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with a mint sprig
*you can make your own honey syrup by combining equal parts warm water and organic honey, let cool before mixing
